Proper start to the journey
I think we're either running out of WiFi or have done already. Here's yesterday's and today's plans and where we're at right now, which is about to enter the drake passage 🫡😬. Eating Travacalm like lollies just in case 😄.
We have completed our IAATO and Zodiac briefings, our biosecurity check and our boots fittings. Awaiting a call for the next snorkel briefing and then a kip.
Will try out the 2nd restaurant for lunch today and tonight we have captains welcome cocktails 🍸🍹🥂. I'd like to know who's piloting the ship through the Drake Passage while the Captain is hosting us for cocktails??!!
Well I guess there’s no problem with the dynamic duo with all that going on. You’ll have to tell us how on earth you cope with the cold when snorkelling in freezing water. Good that there’s one crazy and one not so. I guess enjoy food before the seas get too rough. Merry Christmas to you both. Love Julie💕😁🥰
ReplyDeleteThanks Jule. Thankfully we seem to have dodged the mountainous seas. Phew! Our main difficulty at present is finding adequate time between briefings, interesting presentations, resting and eating :) Tough life.
